After The Storm

This watercolor captures the aftermath of one of the many big storms to hit the Central California coast these past years. The sky is covered in dark clouds and large waves barrel towards the lighthouse by the harbor entrance. Yet the sun breaks through the overcast sky, throwing beams of light across the churning ocean. Locals are out enjoying the break in the rain, walking along the sparkling coastline.
